"Was sent here for immediate MRIon my spine needing same day results, next day, no results, told to wait until next week, I have lost feeling in both legs and have serious compression on my nerves and I’m being told they will eventually get around to it, no answers, no answers for my work and for my impending surgery, and if I end up with permanent nerve damage I’m going to sue this company big time"

"I was referred to this location by my provider in order to obtain several imaging. The two ladies at the reception desk were friendly and respectful and went out of their way to help me my imaging as a walk in. The two rad techs were fast and friendly as well. No complaints and I left very satisfied with the service given."

"I went to their Lakewood Office on 10/23/2023 at 8:30AM to have a cortisone injection as scheduled but to my disappointment, the receptionist who was rather not friendly told me that she could not find my appointment. I told her I got a text confirming my appointment for today but she said she could not find my profile on her computer. The doctor who referred me to this place was on the second floor so I went to the upper floor to check if they have my referral and they did but the appointment was canceled by RAYUS, and this was news to me. So I went back to the first floor with the referral form I got from my doctor upstairs. This non friendly woman finally checked her computer again and found my name! She told me to make an appointment to the Puyallup office myself. Wonder why she could not do it on her computer. So I went back to my car and called the Puyallup office to make another appointment. Needless to say, after reading the reviews here, I will cancel the upcoming appointment with the place in Puyallup. This place sounds like a nightmare to me!"

"Total administrative and medical failure and complete lack of professional demeanor. These folks don't have your records, they do not review your chart and they boot you onto someone else's service...in Seattle. The Doctor made comments to me about "illegal aliens" destroying the healthcare system in a formal appointment. This being the blanket rationale. "I do not wish to see you again as a patient." - K. "I received a steroid injection on September 5, 2023. My observations and comments follow: (Note: I sent comments in response to the clinic questionnaire earlier. These are toughly the same). 1. As I walked in, I experienced an off-putting reception by the lady behind the desk. When she handed me multiple pages to fill out, I told I completed that in the online check-in. I also commented on how small the print was in that online questionnaire. She seemed unconcerned. She found my completed questionnaire. I moved on. 2. The nurse was four minutes late. Not an issue. She apologized and we went back into the injection room. 3. Dr. Pollei came in and promptly told me I would not be getting two shots today as I had been told my Dr. Blair, I would be getting one, and that shot would go to what he considered the worst of the two areas. My comments: I needed and expected both shots. He told me I would have to reschedule for the next shot. 4. Dr. Pollei then stated he would give me the shot for the numbness in my toes, not the pain in my groin. Had he asked me, I would have told him the greater need was the pain in the groin area, not the toes. It was obvious he had made up his mind. 5. Then the injection started. Needle insertion was very painful. 6. I don't know what he was doing, but every step of the way was not just uncomfortable, it was painful. His next comment was "Let me know when I hit the bone." "Oh God," I thought. 7. He then hit the bone. More pain. I thought he was using a scope to guide him. About halfway through the procedure he mentioned to the nurse I was not centered on the bed. He did nothing to correct the situation. Too late, I guess. 8. He injected fluid down my leg. "Let me know when it tingles," he said. Very painful. An understatement. 9. He pulled the needle out, and it hurt...a lot. After a few words, he left the room. 10. The nurse lead me out. I was woozy and sat down next to my wife. She gave me a form that said to rate my pain. I couldn't accurately do so because he ostensibly had given me a shot for numbness, not pain. "Just rate the numbness," she said and left after instructing me to sit for 20 minutes before leaving. I rated the numbness but it was not accurate. It could not be that soon after the procedure. Lastly, I am a retired airline pilot who takes the care of his body quite seriously. Indeed, I have had a fair number of surgeries and steroid injections, but have never experienced a steroid injection this painful, nor a doctor so thoughtless when it came to the discomfort level of a patient. It was obvious how much it hurt...at least too me! I would not recommend RAYUS to anyone. There are other doctors out there that can do this procedure without the pain I experienced. I will most assuredly be looking for one. I suggest others considering RAYUS do the same."
