Mind Sanctuary is a health institution located at 715 Southeast Fidalgo Avenue in Oak Harbor, Washington, United States. Our goal is to help you find peace and tranquility in your mind, body, and soul.

The centerpiece of our sanctuary is an authentic Himalayan salt wall, known for its healing properties and calming effects on the nervous system. We also have a gift shop where you can find items to create your own tranquil space, such as healing tinctures, gemstones, meditation tools, and more. Gift certificates are available for purchase.

Shannon Ayars, a certified Holistic Life Coach and Mind-Body Practitioner, leads the team at Mind Sanctuary. With her expertise in natural and holistic healing practices, Shannon aims to help others find relief from chronic anxiety and depression. The institution will be temporarily closed as they prepare to move to a new location at 729 SE Fidalgo Ave to open a Salt Glow wellness spa. This new wellness center will offer skincare, massage, energy healing, hypnosis, infrared sauna, and salt therapy. Stay tuned for the grand opening date of the new Mind Sanctuary.
