"Worst place can’t get a appointment and tell your teeth are almost falling out then by the time u get to the appointment they wanna do a thousand X-rays that they don’t need and pro long any work needed I have had multiple teeth appointments for fillings canceled and switched out for X-rays after I waited months for the appointments last time I was there dentist was very rude and now I think they are being discriminatory . Go off island if can but I don’t have that luxury so have to wait for hopefully I can get in here which will probably be never"
"11/11/2023 Edit: They have a new dentist! They’ve always had a great office and dental assistants! The new office feels fresh with all positive energy again. The new dentist is great and seems very nice and professional! I just needed a referral to oral surgeon because I broke a molar in half, and there’s no fixing that. I believe this office is going to be great again moving forward! 8/2023 I’ve been going to this clinic for a few years. I came in a few months ago with a tooth infection in my molar. I was told I either need a root canal, or get it pulled. I don’t have the money for root canal and decided to get it pulled. The only reason why I still have this tooth is because the oral surgeon said -There is nothing wrong with this tooth and refuses to pull it. It didn’t even need a root canal! Just a filling! Was told this is is unforgivable and never go back to this dentist! The SeaMar dentist Dr. B in Oak Harbor (who is extremely rude) not only made the biggest mistake in my diagnosis, he signed the referral with the wrong tooth number. I ended up paying for a full pano X-ray at oral surgeons office. They told me there is nothing wrong with any of my molars! So thanks to signing the referral with the wrong tooth number, this is why the mistake was caught. The office and dental assistants are amazing. It is sad their dentist is terrible!! UPDATE: 9/2023 I’m happy to report I have found a great dentist at the Marysville SeaMar and Tania, the supervisor made that happen for me! Special thank you to Ana Lee (Oak Harbor), for understanding this mess, and helping make it right. I was told by Marysville that the Oak Harbor location is getting a new dentist in the next 2-? Months so I’m excited that dentist will be moving. I will add an update when this dentist is replaced. I might be able to change up my star review. Which I would love to do. ;-)"
"Out of network for Tricare Dental! I had an appt in August for my initial visit as a new patient and was told when I made the appt that they accepted Tricare and were in network. Went for my initial visit and scheduled my next appt in December. I received a few bills and when I called to ask what insurance had paid, they said they were locked out of the tricare website and couldn't bill Tricare, but they're working on it. Received a phone call saying they SPOKE WITH Tricare (still have the voicemail) and my bill should be zero, everything covered. A new bill was sent out on October 30th, so I called to see what the deal was and she said that when they submitted everything to Tricare, Tricare denied it. The lady of the phone offered to call and see what was going on and when she called me back, she said that they are OUT OF NETWORK with Tricare. So little over $100 would be covered from my $641 bill. Then she stated that whoever was supposed to tell them they were out of network for Tricare, didn't and then she tried to blame Tricare for the misunderstanding. The fact that they let me go through with my first appt without double checking they are in network blows my mind and now I'm footing the bill for it."
"This place is absolutely horrible. Every time I have gotten a filling it is either falling out or broken to the point of me having to get a root canal. they told me I could come in as a walk-in at 9:00 a.m. at 11:00 a.m. they told me to leave that they wouldn't be able to see me until 1:00 p.m. to come back.I then came back at 1:00 p.m. and sat there until 4:00 p.m. and then they told me they couldn't fit me and I was going to have to leave what great service I would run far far away if you have any other option take it."
"Do not go here, it is worth the drive off island if this is your only dental option. They recently changed facilities and it’s WAY more professional feeling but the doctors and staff are incompetent or simply don’t care when it comes to your situation. I went in there 3 months pregnant around June with horrible tooth pain and the soonest they could get me back in after an exam was mid September and all they scheduled me for was a cleaning. I needed 2 root canals but they told me to, “Ask my parents to help with paying”. I am 22 years old and have been on my own since 16.. I ended up back in there end of August with an infection and they had charted the wrong allergies and asked me if I had been pregnant when I came in the last time because they failed to also put that in my chart. The second time I went in I didn’t even see a dentist, they prescribed me an antibiotic and told me there was nothing they could do to help with the debilitating pain I was in after having to wait all weekend to be seen. I then asked them to transfer my records to another practice as this place is a joke and it took playing telephone tag for 2 days just for them to say they needed to be requested."
