Communication and collaboration between us and the team was always SO easy. I NEVER once had to send a follow up email or phone call about anything. This doesn’t even address the quality of work they do - they do not sub out work and do mostly everything in-house. This enabled them to move quickly, control quality of work and schedule the whole build seamlessly. We have neighbors constantly not only completing our new home but how quickly it was built. "We had a great experience working with Nate at Waterline LLC. We needed some remodeling done prior to moving in to our new home and Nate and his team exceeded our expectations. We were on a tight timeline as we needed to move in to our home at a certain time and everything was completed on schedule. Nate was by far the best contractor my husband and I have worked with. He was professional, sincere, genuine, and really just so easy to work with. He went above and beyond what we hired him to do. "Nate & Waterline are excellent, I wish I had found him a few years ago. Professional, sincere, takes his time to walk through options and even provided some advice outside of what he was hired to do. He helped me after a water disaster - replacing damaged woodwork, installing new floors and repairing and painting several areas of drywall that were removed by the plumbers after re-piping my home.
