"This Bartells has been my pharmacy for about 9 months. At first I genuinely believed the negative reviews were a customer issue, not a pharmacy issue. Since November, however, this Bartells has lost my prescription history for a medication that hasn't changed, talked to my doctor's office about them losing said prescription and then still arguing that it's not there when the doctor resent it, argued that my discount that was carried on my account for the same medications wasn't valid, and now has turned what used to be a 3 month prescription into a "send a new one every time" process. I'm sure this is probably partially the result of some technology change from Bartells corporate, but I have not been able to successfully fill my prescriptions in 4 months, and I get the same "we can't do anything for you" message from the staff each time there's a new problem. Prior to November, I would've gladly given 4-5 stars as I hadn't had any issues before then."

"I've had multiple bad experiences at this pharmacy with maybe one or two good ones. Some of the assistant pharmacists are nice and helpful, but one of the actual pharmacist and a handful of assistants are rude, unfriendly, and unhelpful. Any time there was an issue with refilling my prescription, they got all annoyed at me and didn't want to help me figure it out. Once they didn't even understand what I was asking and kept saying I wasn't making sense when I said I was there to pick up a prescription and she had to have someone else help me (one of the friendly workers who was immediately able to help me). Once the pharmacist for some reason was using the computer farther away from the actual front desk and made me yell my personal information out for him to hear me instead of just coming closer. I decided to get the app recently to hopefully make things go smoother, I refilled my prescription on the app on Wednesday and it said it'd be ready Friday, but I wasn't able to come in until Sunday and when I come in, they say it's not ready because it's the weekend and they don't get shipments. And everytime I tried to mention what the app said, they cut me off and just kept saying they don't get shipments over the weekend and I need to call back tomorrow. And even if they weren't able to get the shipment, it would've been nice if they just explained to me the situation and actually listened to what I had to ask instead of cutting me off and being annoyed at me. I hate having to pick my perception up here because everytime it's a big hassle, which I wouldn't mind, maybe I did something wrong, but everytime I have questions because I want to figure out how to make the process run smoother in the future, I'm treated like an annoyance and talked down to. It makes me leave feeling embarrassed and irritated. I'm probably going to pick up my next prescription here and switch pharmacies because I don't want to go here anymore just because there's an off chance that someone actually friendly and helpful might be working that day."

"Pharmacist Sovit was extremely rude and disrespectful. Absolutely no need to snap at people, if you get that upset about basic patient care then maybe you shouldn't be in health services! I understand it's a busy part of the year but the unprofessionalism is a terrible look for bartells"

"Store is full of merchandise, helpful employees, but not many employees working there. Good location, lots of good easy free parking"
