"The worst pharmacy experience of my life. Pharmacy employees were extremely unknowledgeable and unhelpful. As well as extremely unsympathetic to the fact that people they are providing assistance are often Ill and in pain. I couldn't even stand for more than a few minutes with becoming dizzy and the entire interaction took far longer than required. When I asked them a question about strep throat- a very common illness- I was met with a blank stare and silence… I was eventually waved away without further communication. I had to go elsewhere for further assistance. Completely dehumanizing and cruel. I will never go back and I recommend anyone who’s in need of actual assistance to avoid doing so as well."

"Hard to give the staff an honest review, because they are so understaffed. Everyone there deserves a pay rise, seriously… but because of all of that, I have a ton of problems with getting my medications filled. As someone with mental health issues, and adhd, I have a hard time getting my prescriptions filled in time already. Sometimes it’s a nightmare getting it filled at this pharmacy. At the start of the covid tests, I was in the drive thru lane for over an hour, no joke. I almost went insane. This is why I’ll be switching my services to Bartell’s or somewhere. Walgreens is greedy and lost the plot a long time ago. Also what ever happened to the bank and prescription air tube capsules? Anyway…"

"Breathtakingly incompetent pharmacy staff. Five people behind the counter somehow managing to do the work of none. Waited in the check-in line for 25 minutes (from 10 minutes before my appointment until 15 minutes). The entire time I was standing there the one woman who was supposedly doing vaccinations was just talking on the phone instead. Walked out after being told it would be a further 45-60 minutes to actually get vaccinated. Apparently "appointment" doesn't mean anything here."

"Scheduled my booster shot for 4:30 and arrived at 4:10 to give plenty of time for paperwork. Was told that it'd be printed and my name called. I waited patiently, for what I'll admit was far too long, until 4:50 when I came back up to the counter. They had completely forgotten about me. I received no apologies, but they got things rolling at least. Pretty much an hour after getting here I finally have my booster. Morale of the story is it's better to not be so patient and check back in with them since they're not organized."

"I wish I could rate them one star twice. The wait times are ridiculous no matter what time you come. They’re severely understaffed. Expect to spend 30 minutes in the drive thru."
