"I ordered House Plan #98380 for a total of $866 This was to include the plans, a Materials List for $80 and expedited 2 day shipping for $40. *From their date of shipping it took 6 days to get the plans. *There was no Materials list (It was not even provided after several phone calls) *The plans were dated 1980! We received a 40 year old set of plans that would not meet any building codes in any State in 2020! I was told several times on the phone that they can sell out dated plans! I was told that I could apply half of what I spent toward a different set of very outdated plans if I wanted. I asked for a refund, for over 30 days, for at the very least $80 for the Material list we never received and the $40 for expedited shipping.... I was sent repeatedly to a voice mail that never returned my calls."
"I also ordered a basic playhouse plan from Garlinghouse, I got what i expected for $25.00. Jason should have hired a contractor if playhouse plans were confusing. Just saying."
