"After dealing with issues at both our local Bartell's and Walgreen, we started a relationship with Paktia Pharmacy in hopes for a more specialized and intimate relationship for my child's Type 1 Diabetes medication and supplies. After several months, we were told that the medication and supplies were too expensive for the pharmacy to order/fill and they asked us to no longer come back. it was a shocking and discriminatory experience for my family, not to mention the disbelief they would not work with us to provide prescriptions vital to our child's survival. Shame on them! I am so thankful that we live in a location with alternate options and thankfully Bartell's has increased their response, customer service and we are very happy with their service."
