"I’ve shopped here many times due to proximity of my home. I recommend to check the expiration date on product. I purchased very expired vitamins accidentally and because I noticed a week later I hadn’t saved the receipt. When I went in to exchange for non expired vitamins they were out of that vitamin in that brand and they couldn’t do anything to resolve it. The transaction kept getting denied. I had to call their customer service number based out of California and they said there was nothing they could do because I didn’t have a receipt. In the future I would rather just deal with businesses that have customer profiles and can look up past transactions. Trying to exchange expired vitamins really shouldn’t have been such a whole thing. I don’t blame the staff at all, they tried and were super nice. But the business isn’t structured to help customers."
"I tried to buy cold medicine today and they would not accept a US Passport as ID! They said it didn't have my address, so I showed him a Concealed Pistol License with my address. To obtain it required fingerprinting and an FBI background check and was signed by the Chief of Police. They said it's still not good enough to buy cold medicine! These people are morons and it's the last straw for me. Time to find another pharmacy."
"I have been coming here for many years, I want to say thank you to all the employees for putting up with the rudeness from those of us who have taken our frustrations out on them, I was one of the impatient ones myself and one day realized what a huge undertaking the store was going thru, converting all of us from one system to another, all the equipment being updated and adhering to HIPPA rules, new employee's coming and going with the store changing Owners and all of them trying there best to work with the issues, and now some stores closing and this location taking on their clients, call and ask if your prescription is ready because the service that is used when you call and use the audio/text system to refill, that system doesn't know what or if the meds you need are available or in stock from the distributor, I want to apologize for being impatient and hope others will do the same. Thank all of you for not closing to switch over and treating all of us with kindness. Respectfully Otto G"
"Please start staffing your pharmacy adequately. Your poor employees are trying their best, but there have been multiple times I've come in and there's been a line across the store of people waiting for prescriptions. To their credit, your employees are always helpful and friendly; you just need more of them."
