After receiving terrible service from bartells down the street for the 100th + time and in an act of desperation in helping our 6wk old through a severe eye infection, we called qfc. Jeremy answered the phone, immediately empathetic to our situation, we could feel him actually trying to help. He told us he’d have the prescription ready before they closed (which was 30 minutes). We waited from home to receive a text but nothing came… Jeremy personally called us to make sure we received the message that our prescription was ready.
