"This review is for MASSAGE ENVY. I’m not sure how it got changed to a foot massage location. We now live over 25 miles away from the nearest location and I’ve repeatedly asked, over a period of a year +, to have our membership canceled and have our unused massages refunded. They will not. They KEEP charging us monthly for more massages on both myself and my husbands accounts and now there are over $2400 in unused prepaid massages. We are told that there is nothing they can or WILL do about it. Basically, we either drive THE HOUR it takes to get there and use our massages or we cancel the entire thing and lose ALL our money. They are absurd!! Terrible business practices!"

"Months until theres an appointmet!!. I have numerous massages banked up because I can never get in to use them unless I book months out in advance or I actually go out of town Yet im sitting on hundreds of dollars worth of massages and they are still signing people up there although you don't have the capability to provide the services, Im, paying for. Im rarely able to book out appointments for more than a week or two because of work and childcare. I feel like I'm being ripped off. The therapists are usually friendly and professional but a little hit or miss."

"Definitely will not be going back... I was quoted on the phone $120 for a 90min massage, and then was charged over $200 after the massage. I was scheduled for a 90 minute, but sat in the room waiting for 15-20 mins and then the therapist says she's done and leavs 10 minutes early. The therapist was very rude the entire time, just acted angry and passive aggressive... Not a good experience in any way."
