Four Directions Counseling Center

"Tried to help someone who is struggling to make an appointment. Called Four Directions and was told "I don't do that, you're gonna have to find someone else." Just cut me off in a very rude way. They need to update their info on Psychology Today to be accurate. Also, kindness and understanding are necessary when dealing with people in crisis. I'm just glad that I'm the one who called and not the person I was trying to help. Steer clear, much more compassionate providers out there."

"These people are greedy and don’t care about you. I called for services and they take both insurances I have and is questioning me as to why I am covered with 2 Insurance’s. Stated she don’t understand why I have 2. Well it’s really non of your business and I shouldn’t have to explain how I came about having 2 sets of insurance. If you take either insurance.. ask me the right questions and not ignore one insurance for the other because you want more money. You didn’t even ask me what my concern was it was all insurance y’all and how narrow minded you are and greedy. Scratched you right off my list. I won’t be going here. The person who answered the phone had me feeling really uncomfortable today."
