After a rude email and one phone to try and understand what was going on, I decided never to go here if it was this bad to book an appointment, was not about to see how much worse it would be to actually have to be seen by this unstable person! Please note other reviews and that even other therapist have left. Run fast and run far away from this place."

"The best place for massage. All of the therapist are amazing. The management are understanding when you need to reschedule because-life happens. They know a ton about your insurance and take the time to explain what is covered. Great experience all the time. I have been coming here for a year now."

"I had been getting massage here and love love love the therapist (who has now left). I was told my insurance would cover a 90min massage. However, Still Point said they couldn’t do 90 with my insurance any longer. I found out that Still Point gets paid the same rate for 60 and 90 min massages and that’s why they told me insurance wouldn’t cover the 90. I called insurance and double checked and they did cover the 90. The owner wanted to trick the customers into thinking it was the insurance, not the business. They billed and we’re paid a huge amount for a massage and tried to deceive me. If they have told you they can’t do 90 with insurance, call your insurance, it probably is Still Point trying to get the most bang for their buck. Also watch out for them charging you for a missed appointment and then still billing your insurance. I heard this was happening as well. Anyways, the therapist was amazing, but she has now left for some issues as well. I would recommend the owner standing up to what is right in the situation and being honest. In the long run, it will be worth keeping customers and masseuses. Best practice is honesty first. I’m sad to be leaving and not supporting a local business, but what they are doing is not okay."

"I just got home from my first massage at this place, and all I can say is wow!! From the very beginning of my experience contacting this business, I was treated over the top with customer service, not only by two different staff members, but also the owner who reached out to me on her personal cell phone, as well as the massage therapist I saw today. Shawna certainly knows how to run a business, and make customers feel like they can’t wait to schedule their next appointment. She calls your insurance personally, to verify your benefits are used to the max, which I found very admirable that she is so hands on as an owner. The clinic was very soothing, smelled nice and was a clean and relaxing environment to be in. My massage today left me feeling so refreshed and all of my tension has completely vanished. They offer hot stones, essential oils, and hot towels for each massage, free of charge. I am highly impressed with everything about this place, and have already recommended it to two other people."
