"Discovery Behavior Solutions: a company that goes to small towns and helps those in need, or a company that preys on the areas that have no other choice? I'm suspecting the latter. With their negligent and non existent covid policies and protocols, coupled with their insurance scam programming (30 minutes in a crowded room via telehealth to meet speech requirements in "intensive" programs, a single program and behavior tracking for the entirety of a so called intensive program)- it's all bad. Supervisors will be on an IPad "watching", saying nothing, just to claim they were on site for billing . Don't walk, run away from this company!!! No services are better than the ones provided here. The reason why they aren't in the big cities is because they could never compete with legitimate companies or providers."

It made me confident in leaving my non-verbal three year old there for hours at a time, that he would be looked after. He loves all the staff, not just his tech and BCBA. He's been a client for over 2 years now. We had one tech that was just not a good fit. They promptly found someone else for us, and took our concerns seriously. Everyone else he has worked wtih has been wonderful. They really care about my son and his well -being. They are open to communicating with the school and other providers. My son even does an hour of speech therapy overlapping with his behavior tech there."
