"I was a patient of Shannon Kroenke during a very difficult time in my life. I have a history of trauma and, as a result, have suffered from both PTSD and ongoing, severe anxiety which was difficult to manage despite multiple efforts. In 2016, I decided to try some 'alternative' approaches to my anxiety in an effort to alleviate some of my suffering. I had very few expectations as at this point I had done years of talk therapy (with really outstanding therapists) and EMDR to name a few.
