"What started off as a positive experience soon turned sour. Kelsey made a diagnosis and discussed how she would go over the treatment plan at the next session. That never happened. Through her yawns during the appointment it was just a check-in session. $100/hour for her to just sit there. Then she short cancelled an appointment saying she felt sick, didn’t respond to messages and then when I asked to reschedule on short notice because my child (her client) wasn’t feeling well she had no problem charging me the $100. When my child’s school contacted her to get her expertise on how to help him at school with his diagnosis, she provided no assistance. Save your money and find someone with more experience and accepts insurance."
