"This company will claim they want to help you. After a few days you'll receive a list of counselors. You'll read their bios and pick which one you think is best based on what they claim they treat. After another week of emailing you, they'll tell you they can't help you. After more weeks of other counselors in the same company, they'll say they can't help you. Counselors who say they specialize in certain things, refusing to treat it! So much wasted time. I'm glad to see that Charis employees the counselors only willing to help on the easy cases. Don't believe the lie they feed you that they're here to help. They could care less. No office receptionist or central line to even make a complaint about it either. After seeing the company's rebuttal to mine, at least they admitted it. They advertise that their physicians treat and specialize in certain disorders, but in truth, they can say, "No we don't treat that" and that falls within this company's "scope of practice" FYI: they refused to treat someone for anxiety and depression. Got it. Still wouldn't recommend them to anyone."
