"This company gets ZERO stars, they charged my card several times without my permission, when trying to rectify the problem, the therapist NEVER returned my phone calls, I asked for a detailed receipt that broke down all the payments and never received one, I offered to make payments and still haven't heard from the counselor, their name is HOPE ASBURY and they told me not to say that my child had state insurance, that they would see them at a discounted cash rate instead, which i believe is FRAUD, along with the billing team who FRAUDULENTLY charged my card several times when they agreed to contact me before they ran my card DO BETTER If by recently you mean over a month ago, then sure.. however there has been ZERO communication from the actual provider, and ZERO resolution, I have already filled out a complaint form and haven't heard from anyone Your company is a bunch of FRAUDS"

"I love the atmosphere here. My therapist moved into these offices not too long ago and the office space alone is just so different from where she was before. I love that there's people to check you in and you're not just sitting there waiting and wondering if you're therapist will grab you. It is very clean and welcoming."

"I was very excited to be able to get scheduled quickly here and everyone is so nice. However, I'm two visits into therapy and seeing an NP for medication management and am just now finding out that both members are not within my insurance network. I provided my insurance info upon establishing care and STILL was scheduled with someone not in my network costing me roughly $1300-$1400. I'm currently on hold (for almost 20 minutes so far) to see if I can get transferred to someone within my network, or get my records so I can be seen elsewhere."
