"Well, CVS, today was the final swan song of our 10 year tumultuous relationship. I refuse to pay money to be treated and spoken to the way that I have been on so many different occasions at CVS. I am horrified at the lack of training. I am horrified at the lack of customer service, and I’m saddened at the complete lack of empathy, sympathy, and basic knowledge of customer service that I see Every time I have to pick up a prescription. Today I transferred Prescription in my families profile to another retailer. I have put up with it for far too long and now with my recent diagnosis of stage four endometriosis and numerous surgeries coming up, I refuse to put up with the complete nonsense, disorganization, untrained associates associates, rude behavior, lack of product, lack of communication, inappropriate questions and a filthy store For one more moment. And for the gal that hung up on me after I got hung up on two times before you need to find some kindness and you need to find some empathy and some compassion or you need to find a new career because I don’t think this one is working out for you."

"Good helpful crew here, although typically a little short-staffed like every pharmacy is post-pandemic. Friendly team that really works to help customers out with care. The location makes for some sketchy people outside and around the parking lot on occasion, but they have a dedicated security team that seems to be very on top of the situation."

"Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. CVS needs to to a better job training these folks who obviously do not want to be there. I always feel like they are doing me a big favor when they get my prescription order. What a miserable lot. I suggest finding a another line of work where you don't have any contact with the general public, because you suck at it!"

"I'm extremely lucky to count this location as my pharmacy. The employees are always incredibly patient, kind, and efficient. I've seen them deal with so many rude people, customers who don't understand their insurance, people on the phone with their doctors in line, etc- and they're always patient, firm, and helpful!"

"I’m glad I’m not critical to get the vaccine as this is my 2nd cancellation. Have to get back in the multi-week line at the beginning. They did give some notice, citing “unforeseen circumstances.” Easier to contract the lates strain than to try to get a booster I suppose."
