"Runaround regarding a prescription. Out of stock on a very common medicine and then no response from them from another pharmacy to transfer. Tried to call but no answer, drove there again with no resolution. They wouldn’t call the other pharmacy to resolve."

"I always get notifications that my meds are ready to pick up when they in fact are not. Today I waited over an hour for a med that was supposedly ready just the day before. I don't know if they lost it or never filled it in the first place but they kept telling me it would be another 5 minutes and now that I've got it (and I'm late for work) it's the wrong dose! This is the worst pharmacy and honestly I blame Freddy's corporate policies over the actual employees most of the time but literally your job is getting dosages right. Do better."

"Been dealing with this pharmacy for over a year, and the vast majority of my experiences have been negative. Very rude pharmacy techs both in person and over the phone. Constantly being told prescriptions are ready and then they are not when I go to pick up and staff gets mad. I would recommend filling your prescriptions literally anywhere else."

"Absolutely horrible. I called 3 times within 30 mins first time in on hold for 10 mins no answer, I call back wine some lady with a thick accent answers puts me on hold after waiting for 20 mins I hang up and call back again no answer. I was trying to see if my prescription was ready before I arrived to the pharmacy since I have two newborns. Trying to save myself a trip and time, I go in 40 mins later I wait in line and the lady ( red hair thick accent, rude.) “name, what do you need.” She was extremely rude I let her know about me trying to call and not being able to get through, she just says “not ready, it’s here, gonna be an hour.” HORRIBLE. I’ll take my business elsewhere. This location is 5 mins away but we have been driving to Sandy location and will continue to do so."

"I have been waiting over 6 weeks for a medication. It is out of stock due to a shortage but I have been told different information each time I’ve called. The individuals who answer the phone are short, disengaged, and unwilling to help or provide clear and concise information. I would not recommend using this pharmacy. This is not the first medication issue I have had but 6weeks is too long to go without a medication and without any communication from the pharmacy unless I reach out and even then it’s different on every call."
