Reviews
"I've always had good experiences here over the years. They've never messed up my order, it's always on time and they have also several times worked extra hard to make sure that i got my prescription as soon as possible."
"They technically get the job done most of the time. But the techs are rude as f over the phone. The missed calls and lack of a voice machine. Its all just really unprofessional and shows how little they care about you."
"What a terrible pharmacy. I’ve been going back and fourth trying to get my prior authorization for a medication I absolutely need to take. They sent it wrong originally so I called and had them fixed my information. Well now they said they resent it but it actually hasn’t gone through. So they haven’t been sending it or are doing something wrong."
"Trying to pick up my partner's asthma medication became a dehumanizing experience when they treated me like a drug addict, lied about the (OTC) medication being prescription only and lied about it not being availing in oregon. Serious profiling against minorities here. Went to wallgreens and got my sick partner's medication within 10 min. Don't bother with this place."
"Literally go anywhere else for prescriptions if you can. They will not fill them. The app and automated system will tell you it'll be ready soon, but if you actually talk to someone that works there, turns out they don't have the medicine at all and don't know when they'll get more. Don't worry, they can give you a couple so you don't get EXTREMELY sick, then transfer the rest to another pharmacy. Except that's a lie, and now my insurance is rejecting the transfer, so I can't get my prescription until Friday now, more than a week after it was sent in. You are messing with people's lives and health and literally couldn't care less."
