"Called to pay for a special script my caregiver called in. Due to difficulties and extended timelines with delivery within the state, my caregiver had instructed the pharmacist at the time the script was called in to please note all of her clients accounts as needing options on delivery services, as the standard delivery was not timely anymore. When I called, I spoke with Dillon. Dillon was an effeminate man who gave me one option, the standard one that hadn’t been working well. When I asked for other options, he put me on hold and came back with one option at a time (placing me on hold for five minutes each time ) starting with the most expensive - overnight delivery at $90. Then another service, delivering in an unknown timeframe for 60. When I asked, my next question, he guessed at two prices, unwilling to get the actual details. We got through three options between two services. The cost and timing options were unclear. he kept reminding me “we really don’t use those services”, whatever that means. After repeatedly, asking Dillon for more options, and wading patiently through his increasing frustration and annoyance with my inquiry, he finally Informed me that it would take a long time on hold and (thankfully) he turned the call over to another service tech, Mitch. What a difference. Mitch was patient and professional gentleman , and within a few minutes, I had several options. After a short time, we settled on 2 day air from FedEx for $16. My package arrived the next AM. What an extreme difference between the two service personnel. Makes you wonder about the whole inclusion movement as the first respondent never should have been allowed to talk on the phone to customers. He lacks the skill and patience to respond completely, and professionally, without becoming annoyed and people who are trying to spend money with his company, and receive their medication’s in a timely and cost-effective manner. Unfortunately, this movement results in the hiring of a blend of people, not all of whom deserve the position based on merit and capability. Called back after I received my medication so quickly to say thank you and let them know how great the new delivery service was, and how reasonable. Asked for Mitch, who was unavailable so I was forced to deal with another representative. I gave him all the details and said, thank you but he didn’t seem to care. Good group overall with some areas in need of training and improvement to be better."

Not only is the staff exceptionally efficient and courteous, the pharmacist took great pains to explicitly educate me on my prescription in addition to pointing me in the direction of other relevant resources.
