"I first met Paul when I bought a Pioneer receiver and couldn’t figure out how to set it up. I was gifted a Klipsch speaker system for my birthday so I needed to make it work. He showed up, got it to produce sound and charged me nothing for his 30 minutes of work. I insisted he take at least $20 because it wouldn’t be working without him. Flash forward to March 2023. We purchased a 65” LG and I just didn’t want to deal with hanging the wall mount and hiding the wires. So, I called Paul. He told me it would be $180 and take him about 45min. No problem, that seems like a fair deal. Monday the 20th was the installation day. Unfortunately Paul was running late, but not his fault due to an accident on the freeway, no big deal. The installation took a little over an hour so not too big of a deal there. I am satisfied with the end result. I would suggest that Paul purchase a small shop vac he can bring with him as I had quite the mess to clean up with the drilling and making holes to run wires. All in all it was the end of the day and past his usual quitting time so frustrations were probably running high at that point. Paul will get the job done and leave you satisfied especially if you don’t know what you’re doing or, in my case, don’t want to do it."

"I would highly recommend Paul and give him the highest rating. I had a complex front projector theater system in Los Angeles. When I moved to Sequim, I needed someone to (1) design surround Dolby Atmos sound speaker placement for a dedicated media room in a home I was building and (2) install all the equipment--including many in-wall speakers. We used the front speakers, front projector and some electronics that I brought from L.A. The surround speakers, multi-channel amp and wires were purchased from Paul. It was an extremely complex job--far more difficult than an ordinary installation. It required, for example, special fans to cool the equipment, in-wall wiring and installation of Wi-fi. I expected that I would need to hire a company from Seattle. Indeed, I called two Seattle installers before I picked Paul. Paul was far more responsive than any other installer.--which is why I chose him. But I was worried that a solo installer could do such a difficult job, including calibrating a front projector and installing about 10 in-wall speakers in one room . My worries were misplaced. The finished system was fantastic--even better than my system in L.A. Moreover, Paul installed the system for less than half the price I paid for similar service in LA. Paul also installed a Wi-Fi system in a closet away from the media room--which was excellent for noise reduction. About two months ago my subwoofer, which I had brought from LA died so I needed a replacement. Working with Paul, a new subwoofer was ordered and installed in less than 10 days. The new subwoofer is significantly better than my previous one and cost less. Despite living in Silverdale (about 1 hour away from Sequim), Paul's service has been exceptionally responsive."
