"Theater is extremely outdated and feels ick to be in. The reclining chairs are okay, but not enough to come back. The rooms are also very small and not "layered"—it's flat, so you see people's heads when you're watching the movie... one extra star because staff were all friendly and accommodating."

"Theater 2 smelled strongly of urine and when I told an employee, another overheard and said “oh yeah it does. And it’s cold.” And then she came in and sprayed a wild amount of cleaner on the floors, walking through every aisle. Overall a super weird experience."

"AMC Silverdale staff are BEYOND RUDE and condescending!! If I EVER spoke to an adult the way I was just spoke to I would've been knocked into next week! All I'm trying to do is purchase or obtain information on how to purchase handicap seats for our son to take his handicap grandmother to see Aquaman is that so hard?!? I so badly wanted to come down and speak with the manager regarding how I was spoken to on the phone by their young female employee this morning (12/29/23 at 11:25AM) but after some consideration I am not going to waste my time going down there to explain why people shouldn't be treated like that or talked to in such a way, that's management's job not mine, besides employees are a direct reflection of management so I doubt it would make a difference. Instead I will take my business to the Tracyton Movie House. AMC you've lost yet another customer, do better And to the young girl that answered the phone and hung up on me telling me to buy the other tickets available, I hope you have the day you deserve and that your managers hear you speaking like you were to me and I hope they something about it! If you have Handicap needs DO NOT attempt to do so at AMC as they are LESS THAN ACCOMMODATING and will talk down to you like you're ignorant."

"Seats are clean, the employees are nice, helpful, and quick. Popcorn is better than other theaters I have been to and not about the same price. Screen and sound are good quality. Seats are comfortable and the recliners are a huge bonus. Bathrooms are the most sparkling clean ones I have ever seen in a theatre (and miles better than most public ones). The staff looked for my credit card and ID when they slipped out of my pocket and returned them to me when I called them."

"AMC is the titan of theaters and always will be! It has the classic "pay outside style" that I as movies goer enjoy! The popcorn was plentiful and the experience boasted good vibes. The staff was kind and prepared our order pretty quick. I bought ticket online too so it made for a smooth transition from counter to chair. Overall, good job AMC for keeping us social!"
