"Very Unethical Company – Do Not Buy From After spending almost $75K spending additional thousands to fly them in for the installation, having incorrect equipment ordered and shipped to my house, by them, not completing the installation, leaving early, not completing the installation, leaving me with no operational system, having to spend 5 days with Anthem to figure out on my own, refusing to credit me for the incorrect parts they ordered for my job, do not do business with this company. They just want to take your money, if there are any issues they simply walk away, just looking for the next sales victim."

"This is a terrible company. Assuming they are a real one. The speaker I received had absolutely no bass what’s so ever and sounded very thin as if thrown in a closet. When I reached out to their refund help center they replied back saying they could refund me %50 of my purchase and said I could give the speaker away to a friend or family…Geez I wouldn’t give this speaker to my worst enemy! It’s absolute garbage! They told me that it would be to much of a hassle for me to send it back for a refund. Why would they assume I would find it a hassle? And if it is, what kind of company doesn’t make a refund easy to do in the first place? I have written them many times in regards to my half refund as I have not received it yet and has been nearly two months already. Stay away from this company, again assuming they are a real company and not some kind of scam. Couldn’t be more dissatisfied!"

"Didn't know what I was walking into but was excited to hear what they had. They know true premium audio and aren't afraid to show it off. Walked in not expecting to buy anything but 1 hour later walked out with stunning Barrel Speakers for my home audio. The look is perfect and much better than standard square on our mantel. Customer service was fantastic and Jim really spend time exploring what I wanted and what my price range is once I realized I couldn't walk out with out get a set. If I had a custom home theater build this is where I'd come for sure!!"
