Deerfield West Complex

"I have lived in Deerfield West for 8yrs, I finished raising my daughter here, there is little to no crime in here for being as close to meridian as we are. Ive never have had a package stolen off my porch.. Its quiet, the management here is good. People here are friendly and the grounds keeper keeps the grounds very clean. Lol the only thing I can complain about is the pine needles from the trees. Big pain in the butt."

"Our two year stay at Deerfield West was fantastic and out of all the places we lived, this place felt like home. The neighbors were nice and the groundskeeper, Nick, was helpful whenever we had a problem. Why the one star then? After we moved out, the owners billed us a ridiculous amount for damage that was - already there - when we moved in. My husband and I are honest, hardworking people that tried our darnest to make sure to take care of the place as if it were our own. On our last day there, we walked through the house and let Nick know of the small incidents that did happen and he assured us that it was no big deal and easily fixable. A week later, we received an invoice for over $800 for damage that we absolutely did not do. We've tried to contact the owners several times but were told that they had no interest in speaking with us and would be sending us to collections if we did not pay immediately. Long story short - DO NOT STAY HERE. The owners are incredibly dishonest people and will take advantage of you and your family. If you do decide to rent here (DON'T!), make sure to photograph the house from top to bottom so that the owners can't bill you for something you didn't do."
