"I have a n apartment at The Vintage At Lakewood. I have nothing but good things to say about their management team and maintenance staff. I turned in a work order to the office for maintenance on a chirping fire alarm battery and a light bulb that had burned out that day and within 5 minutes I had a competent and friendly maintenance man at my door with a ladder and supplies to address the issues. I feel that management and staff have gone above and beyond to make this feel like my home. Thank you!"
"The first month i was here someone stole my Crucifix from the wall outside my door. The hallway rugs are filthy and the smell from the garbage containers seeps into the hallways. The smokers wait until they enter the building to put out their cigarettes. Some smoke in their apartments when management is away. And management does not seem to care or help with individuals issues."
"I feel that the livingroom is too small for my 2 bedroom apartment. I mostly like the management here but feel that the corporate head officers are running this property as a loss for taxes....nothing is kept in repair such as the elevators and doors plus door locks, nor cleaned in a timely manner such as the hallway carpeting which is constantly dirty and with doggie poop not picked up by the owner. The odor is noticably foul, too. I would suggest they stop raising the rent and instead use that energy to protect their residents from others who are violating their leases (and rights). They have, after all many fine individuals as residents in this building."
"Maintenance has improved greatly since Adam and Kyler have been here. There could be improvements in housekeeping. The only other complaints I have are to do with the residents ( which I know you can’t do anything about) lol!!!"
"I stopped by for a tour and these apartments are really nice. Washer and dryer in the unit. They are small but with high ceilings so looks bigger. The young gal that showed me an apartment was amazing. Katrina I think? I'm not ready yet to move, but when I am I will definitely consider. Rent is high for senior living but it's high everywhere"
