"DO NOT MOVE HERE. I got arrested visiting my friend here. He doesn't speak English so we were speaking Punjabi the entire night. At 10 pm the downstairs neighbor got scared because she couldn't understand us and called the police on us. I got arrested because the trashy people that live in this place are too culturally insensitive to understand that other languages have inflections different than English. Our civil rights were violated."
