"I attempted to rent here, but after submitting the application with nearly $100 in fees I was informed that I had been rejected on the basis of my rental history. My rental history is in fact spotless (I checked) and I was prepared to provide statements from my previous landlords stating as much. I could not reach anyone who was interested in receiving this evidence of their error. I was also promised that someone would reach out to me with a less vague explanation of my rejection. That also did not happen. The property manager Preston seemed like quite a friendly guy, but was unable to offer much help in the matter and also became unreachable after a time. Considering how quickly I was able to gain approval at a different, more expensive property and the utter lack of transparent communication, I can only conclude that this PMC allows their third party application contractor to do shoddy work while being only too happy to keep the proceeds. I would not go so far as to suggest that Olympic Property Management are intentionally defrauding applicants. But nonetheless I would personally not trust them to handle any monetary transaction in a reliable, above-board manner. ETA: As a show of good faith, I reached out to the email provided in a response to my initial review. It’s now been almost two weeks with no response. Feel free to draw your own conclusions about OMC’s willingness to tell bald-faced lies."

"Applying was a breeze, and the apartment itself is definitely a hidden gem. The patio size is AMAZING and none of our neighbors are too loud or rowdy, even with little kids! Tawni, the current property manager is super, super sweet. She made moving in extremely easy and communicates very well and is always open to helping with whatever she can. Would 100% recommend for anyone looking for a cute 1 - 2 bedroom apartment."

"I don't live there but know someone who does. They are not the worst but also not the best. I don't know how much the rent is, but I wouldn't pay more than $900 for a two bedroom. There is no playground, or anything to do for the kids. The Kitchen is small."
