"she performed a tubal litigation in lake jackson texas almost 11 years ago leading me to believe after i signed a document to get my tubes TIED and never hearing even 1 word of cut and burnt because she was told on nemerous occasions while "GETTING TO KNOW ME" that i wanted future children........now that im ready to try again at 33 for another child the only other person aside from a dr in the delivery room was my mother who told me the after the spinal tap i reacted badly and turns out my tubes were not only tied but cut and burnt as well making it impossible to reverse THEN ........ I attempt to contact my hospital of delivery only to be told there is no signed coument so then here i am left in a pickle how did she along with another dr creel or kreel not sure of spelling perform a procedure cuting tying and burning my tubes without my permission"
