"Where do I begin. Lives in apartments managed by Spinnaker, at first it was nice, but in the last year, a non smoking building is filled with cigarette smoke, it's unsecured since there are tenants that sell drugs and have there "clients" come in using the front door code, there is dog urine and feces atleast once a week since a tenant lets there dog roam publicly, apartments get broken into yet they turn there head, they drill holes in locks because they are unprepared for the fire department inspection and they think it's ok to leave the shavings and mess everywhere without cleaning it up. No apology at all. Do not rent from spinnaker or you will regret it. They don't care about you they care about money. i have begged for cameras or security improvements and have been completely ignored, I was even willing to purchase the cameras myself. I am In the process of looking into legal counseling for all that I have had to take on. Also they raised the rent over 200$ yet for what? Where are the improvements? Really let Down."
