"Back when I lived here (2018 I believe) our apartment became infested with bedbugs due to the room next to us being infested. Even though they legally had to deal with the pests, they made us pay for it in full and then charged us for "breaking the lease" when we wanted to leave even though they were the ones who forfeited the contract by not dealing with the pests as stated in the lease agreement. Stay far away from this place."

"Horrible experience! Untrustworthy staff, bad parking, homeless people hanging out back. One time seen a guy poop behind a garage bin broad day! Residents always leaving items throughout the hall, weird smells. this place is not worth the time."

"The New Staff is a joke. They definitely tried to play me because I was younger than most of their tenants, but my rent was always paid on TIME and IN FULL! ;) One time they put a note on my door saying I didn't pay my full deposit haha mind you I had already been living there for two whole months. Haha here's the kicker they said "Pay with your next months rent or vacate" you have a balance of 0.35 cents that was not paid with you rent. YES YOU READ RIGHT THEY SAID 0.35 CENTS! smdh. The old staff was legit, real nice caring ppl, these new ppl are definitely ppl you should watch out for. Exspecially if you're young. So much more happened I just don't have enough time to explain it all. But I'm pretty sure the first review was fake so I just wanted to give ppl a real life heads up! Point blank if there No body there name BOB just don't move there without really crossing your T's and dotting your I's. (Staff of 2015-2016 we're way better than this new staff that took over) Oh and my rent at the time was only $550 for a studio but I bet you they have you paying alot more now...SMH smh"
