"Very nice apartments, loved the area. Having restaurants and a rail line just outside the door is helpful. Enjoyed the views and other amenities this place offers, such as the gated garage for security of my car. The staff was very helpful, especially in the leasing office. I placed this complex on the top of my list of the places I looked at. You should check it out if you're being transferred to the area."

The building is high-quality and quiet, with simple and practical amenities that make the building luxurious without being too gaudy. "My experience at The Stadium Apartments has been really great so far. From my initial tour to signing the lease, the whole process was incredibly straightforward, and Donavan, the Leasing Professional, has been a pleasure to work with. The on-site team is a big reason why I chose to live here. They seem to genuinely love what they do and go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and at home. The location is another big plus for me. The new Tacoma T-Line station opened right outside the building the day before I toured which has made it so easy for me to get around town with. If you're on the lookout for a new place in Tacoma, I highly recommend The Stadium Apartments. It's affordable, has some great amenities, and the team is amazing/available/super helpful. (Also there are so many good dogs here)."

"Living here currently after a month. Love the manager interactions I have had so far. Aaron was our lease operator and he was very helpful and easy to work with. The building is well maintained and the maintenance orders we have put in have been addressed almost instantly. The price is in my opinion reasonable, but worth seeing if it is right for you. Parking is great with some added security. Onsite common areas and gym is very cool. Open 24/7 unless reserved for $$. Only thing that I have noticed is a little bit of noise from the neighbors upstairs on occasion. Hoping that improves in time. Very pet friendly complex. If it's in your price range I would highly recommend the facility as your next option."

"I've lived here for over a year now and have absolutely loved it. Management is fantastic, the amenities included (Parking garage, sweet rooftop common area with some gorgeous views of commencement bay, small dog park, large common area downstairs, dog washing station, gym, etc) make it well worth-while, and any additional staff i've met have always been very friendly. Not to mention it's tucked away in a very happenin' neighborhood with a lot going on around. I would recommend this building or any of their other properties to anyone looking to move into the city."
