Royal Arms Villa Apartments

"Manager Jana takes FOREVER to get things fixed when things break down. She doesnt care about the tenants other than herself cause she lives in the complex. When we were signing papers we had a BAD feeling about this place. She was very RUDE. We had no choice but to sign cause we needed a place fast. But i really do regret signing. The repair man will blame you for why things are broken. Building is rundown, the neighbors who live upstairs have no consideration of people downstairs knowing floors and walls are VERY THIN!!…They BLAST their radio so loud and Manager doesnt do anything about it. You can hear everything. Floors are so rickady that it sounds like they are about to fall through the floor. DO NOT RENT HERE!!… Worse apartment i have ever lived in by far and i have lived in some ghetto apartments. This worse than any ghetto place. DO NOT RENT HERE unless you can deal with INCONSIDERATE NEIGHBORS!!…If i could post a NEGATIVE 10 stars i would…"

"I lived here for over 3 years. The pros: decent location, clean and spacious, quiet building, nice courtyard. Cons: no covered parking, they raise the rent $100 a month each year. A 2-bed was renting for $1,225 per month in 2017. Compare that to what it is now. Let that sink in."

"The new manager Jana literally has 0 experience, rude, and raciest attitude. the place looks run down, and forget about getting you deposit back, I will never recommend renting there."
