"I’m giving 5 starts to the office staff at On The Green apartments in Mukilteo because they were welcoming when we moved in, kind and supportive when we had to move out. If you have a chance stop in and talk to Heather, Janessa and Anna. It’s not often you get a kind and supportive staff that addresses issues in a timely matter and follows through with what they say. Thank you for all your support."

"It's a nice and safe place, where you can walk around and see kids playing around, people walking their dogs and little ducks in the pond. With an awesome indoor pool and Jacuzzi, and an attentive management staff (good customer service)."

"Worst place we ever lived. We moved here from south Seattle to raise our kiddo in a safer neighborhood. Our first apartment was filthy at move in and was broken into by a new neighbor after a year. We paid to be moved across the complex to get away from that neighbor and in hopes we would have a better experience, but things got WAY worse. The bathroom of our unit flooded from an area in the ceiling only a month after moving in, everything was covered in old wet paint chips. Maintenance cut open the ceiling and left all the mess for us to clean up. Multiple shootings (one of which was right outside our bedroom windows), gang violence, our vehicles were vandalized by people trying to break in. We spent the last 2 months of our lease fearing for our lives. Management and office staff were unresponsive and then acted hostile towards us when we finally heard back from them. Then they tried to charge us $600 for carpet replacement(we stayed in the unit only 6 months) even after admitting they knew the damage was from previous renters. Only reversed the damage charges after we threatened to get a lawyer."

"Im writing this review due to someone calling a tow truck when my car was parked out front of the apartment while we dropped out dog off and unloaded our groceries. Only to have my car towed in front of us costing me $420. Thanks!"

"This is a very nice apartment complex. It feels safe and clean. There are nice families walking around, kids playing on the playground, and people walking their dogs a lot of times which contribute to a nice lively, family oriented atmosphere."
