"Hotel is probably one of the worst run one in Marriott chain. We were charged for parking overnight without front desk informing us about the charge. To make things funny, there is free parking just in front of hotel. Rooms smelled like no one’s been in there for ages. Website says hot breakfast included but in the morning, there was no hot breakfast. We were told their delivery truck never came the day before. If management knew about this, why were we never informed at the time of check-in. Would definitely not recommend this chain as they seem to running down their properties."

"I went to visit my boyfriend who was stationed in Everett, and it was a nice place to stay! Friendly front desk, the location was nice, it was quiet and clean, and I felt like I was staying in a nice little studio apartment! If I find myself coming back to northern Washington, I will definitely stay here again."

"Very nice staff and the location is beautiful. If you love yourself don't stay here. The rooms have mold in them and the carpet is absolutely disgusting, and smells like a combo of pee and mold. I can tell that the staff here are basically trying to work in a sinking ship."

"Location was not bad. We missed our turn and had to do a U. When you check in, DO NOT bring all your luggage to lobby because your room is elsewhere on the property. We got a downstairs room. It was quiet. Property looks like a townhouse - one unit on top another on bottom. There are stairs to second floor so I think bottom is better if you have a lot of stuff and can't do stairs. Our queen bed was comfy but the sofa bed was thin enough that you could feel coils. Check in was smooth and breakfast was okay. Good selection of cereals. There was a selection of breakfast sandwiches. Yogurt & toppings were standard. Coffee was hot. No bad for a 3 ⭐ place. Kitchenette was clean and everything worked! I would stay here again."

"Travellers beware. We booked here as a park and fly. Thought wed extend our holiday, leave home one day early, spend the night here and park the car before flying off to Anaheim for a week. Great idea. Paid $170 US for this. The hotel room however was smelly, and had only one queen bed. The fold out bed had the oldest, dirtiest mattress we have seen. I couldnt let my kids sleep on this and it was the most uncomfortable experience. We were glad to check out the next day. Positives: Its a great concept but needs to be executed better. The breakfast was decent and the care was safe. The staff were friendly and helpful. In hindsight we would have been better off leaving home a day later and paying for parking at the airport."
