"Don't move here with children! The neighbors have zero tolerance for children living above them. I have lived in many apartments in an upstairs unit and have never been threatened to be kicked out over my kids! Also they will raise your rent before your lease is up, forcing you to pay more than you bargained for. The management and maintenance are really good people, besides that it's not worth it. I left as soon as my lease was up!."
"I enjoyed living here, management was very helpful with any issues, example fridge went out and they replaced it quickly. Loved seeing deer in the backyard every now and then."
"Management will do nothing about smoke drifting into non-smoker's units. We were not informed of our building being a "smoker" building when applying to live here. It wasn't until several months after moving in and living here that we found ourselves stuck in 90+ degree weather without air conditioning forced to either suffer the heat or have our children endure the effects of second hand smoke from our chain smoking neighbors. After sending a letter to management, we were informed there was one non-smoking building with one unit available on the bottom floor. The unit reeked of urine, offered one less bathroom, and at little rent reduction with the risk of losing our deposit and receiving an early lease termination fee. All in all, the rent is too high, there are no amenities, the appliances frequently break down, and the management/owners are not interested in doing the right thing."
