"I LOVE the location!!! So many restaurants within a close proximity to walk to. I love my apartment. It's the perfect place for me. It's an older building and doesn't have A/C, yet that is fine. I have a great Den area for my office and a super big balcony that is covered. I look over a courtyard and there are trees that block the alley. I gave 4 stars as there is no A/C and a couple of the appliances are old. Otherwise, I really love this place. Not to mention the staff is great!!!"

"Our dishwasher has been broken for over a month and has started leaking water onto the kitchen floor. We’ve gone to the office multiple times to talk to maintenance, filled out multiple maintenance requests (which we then get emails the maintenance request has been completed), and still have no resolution for the broken dishwasher and leak. This is our second year here and previously, maintenance was always quick to respond and extremely helpful. Very disappointing."

"This is terrible work. Just spray painted the whole sink! Not only is this terrible it did not fix the problem rust is still slowly eating back through it."

"My husband and I enjoyed our time at the Revo. We lived there for 4 years and whenever we had a maintenance issue they were always quick to respond and help. We also liked the neighborhood and the new shops and restaurants near by, but there has been a rise in crime around the area which we were getting tired of dealing with. Overall it was a positive experience and nice place to live."
