"I was working over in Lacey when I found this property site. It is a very quiet and peaceful city. My daughter was just starting high school and the Yelm High School was just across the way maybe half a mile away or so. The management welcomed my family, and treated us very well. After living here for a couple months, I switched my current employer to the management team on site. I recommend this property to any family!"
"My only complaint is the walls are sooo thin. I can hear my neighbors below me cough. No privacy because of that. Any conversations between myself and my spouse or phone calls, I turn the TV on for background noise. Other than that the place is really nice. The manager is the absolute best, nicest lady you could ever meet. Very clean complex. No other issues."
