"I've lived here for about 4 years. Moved in right at the beginning of COVID-19. The apartments are reasonably priced, the area is very convenient and this is probably the first place I've lived where I legitimately enjoy all of my neighbors and the management team. On top of all of that, The school district is beyond phenomenal. I have no complaints!"

"What an absolute waste of time. I called and scheduled an appointment. I drove out but no one was there, and no one answered any calls. They called me back said they had had an emergency, and I rescheduled. They were late to the appointment and didn’t even greet us then started trying to show us a different place that was out of our price range and filthy. So unprofessional and apathetic. No thanks."

"As a tenant here for the past 15 years I can tell you that I am quite pleased with the prompt response to questions and concerns I’ve have addressed to the relatively new property managers, Natalie and Gabe. Both have been very helpful and accommodating as I downsized here from a two bedroom to a one bedroom unit. As an elderly widow, they were very supportive and very kind as I made this transition. When an issue with loud neighbors was evident, Gabe quickly sent out a friendly reminder to all upstairs tenants to be please be aware of the neighbors below. They have been very prompt in responding to any rule breakers BEFORE it becomes an issue. Their maintenance man is AMAZING and quick to address any problems. You will be quite pleased with their quick response to any concerns or questions you have."

"I am reviewing my review to let you know that I’ve been living at Olympic Terrace now for almost 3 months. I have found that they do not answer the phone or help you in anyway with getting things fixed the apartment I moved into was not finished like I was promised And it’s been a serious hassle with damages that they did not fix and they have not yet to come do the walk-through Gabriel in the office, said if I wasn’t happy, I can just move and they’ll break my lease and I can find somewhere else to live. I was so insulted by the remark after I had already paid over $3000 to make a move to a place that I thought was going to be, an enjoyable place to live now I’m finding myself stuck in a horrible living situation and I cannot get the office management to help me in anyways shaper form get this fixed."
