"You have to wait MONTHS to get on the schedule and then after you show up they will say the doctor is running hours late and cannot to see you after you check in and pay your copay unless you want to wait however many hours they are behind and miss your other medical appointments. Who cares what other appts or anything else that’s going on in your life, right? Not them. They will say they refunded your copay too but they didn’t. I have very serious things happening to me and I cannot get the freaking care I need. This is the THIRD clinic to do this to me. So much for do no harm."
