"The doctors here are great, the midwives are terrible. In short, the midwives are incredibly dismissive and rude. They seem like they are trying to hide incompetence behind a veil of being "hands-off." We are having our 5th child, and the pregnancy has been dramatically different from the other four. My wife was already admitted to the hospital once for preterm labor. She has been having daily, prolonged pain and contractions throughout the day. She's never had these pains in the past, and the contractions are several weeks earlier than any prior pregnancy. Knowing all this, the midwife (Karen) was snooty and short with her. She rolled her eyes and said things like "That's just pregnancy." My wife was already dilating two weeks ago, and we're concerned because it's still too early. She asked to have her cervix checked, and after waffling between indifference and rudeness Karen finally grabbed a sheet from the cupboard and threw it on the bed and walked out without a word. When she came back, she did a pretend cervix check for about 3 seconds and then claimed that everything was unchanged. She then once again walked out without a word. If you're hoping to have any kind of meaningful visit, see a doctor. Otherwise, don't bother going in."
"I came here for an IUD removal with Dr. Tudino. She was very nice and ordered me a prescription to help with pain management for the procedure. The removal was quick and painless and she talked me through all my options in depth. You can tell she really cares. Scheduling department was also super kind and easy to work with. Highly recommend!"
"I normally don’t write reviews, but this place is terrible. I have gone through a pregnancy, and a miscarriage at this facility. This place is so unorganized, and has been since 2021. I have been trying to figure out if I have an infection after my miscarriage. I went in, and the doctor took my urine for testing. This was 20 days ago, and the test didn’t happen due to an “identification problem”. Meaning it wasn’t labeled correctly. No one tried to call me to come back in so I can test again. Then you call the nurse lines and no one calls you back until after the office is already closed. Anytime is has to due with labs, they take forever to get back to you, and sometimes they just don’t call you at all. You have to check your labcorp account, because half the time the new labs aren’t in the patient portal. Run far away."
"This obgyn was great during my pregnancy. I had to have multiple non stress tests and got referrals to maternal fetal medicine. Had to have a c section and saw Dr. Bell, Dr Sorensen and Dr. Chin, and midwife Karen Swift. It seems like since they switched over to Providence they have gotten a lot worse. Their postpartum care is a zero out of ten. They do not return voicemails in a timely manner. I have had leg pain possibly from the epidural for over 3 weeks and still waiting for a correct order to be sent for an MRI. I would not recommend going here unfortunately."
"I'm 23 weeks so far and the most stressful part of my pregnancy so far has been dealing with the OB office. Be ready to do your own care management as I had multiple referrals not be sent for ultrasounds on time. Their idea of "trying to get a hold of you for weeks" was one missed phone call. You can't schedule your next appointment because they don't schedule that far out, but when you call back to schedule, they don't have any appointments left. And so far the providers I've met with have not inspired confidence. They're lucky there's not any other OB offices in the area."
