"Recently moved in and very happy with our home, when we moved in there was a ton of sound coming from the freezer on inspection day, I meant to make a maintenance request but never got around to it until the fridge decided it had enough almost exactly a month now since move in. John came out at 945pm, I hope I remembered his name correctly because he was a really nice guy and cleaned what looked like a year of Ice out of the freezer, so far the freezer has made no noise and No longer sounds like a lawnmower. John knew exactly what to do to fix this, super happy and hope it did the trick long term!!"

"Ryan W. was fantastic while helping us! We moved in on a Friday and that following Monday Ryan had came out and took care of all the issues we had addressed during our move in inspection! He also happily answered all of our questions we had and offered advice for our time here! He went out of his way to make sure we were happy with everything."

"When I moved in I didn’t notice that my rear gate was rotted until my digs got through it with minimal effort. We put in a maintenance request and Ryan W. came, was extremely friendly and kind. He removed the gate and repaired it over the course of a few days. When he brought it back it was brand new and sturdy. He was very transparent in communicating the entire process and promptly returned the gate and installed it. I deeply appreciate your hard work Ryan, and your helpfulness! You don’t see service like this these days if he’s not a supervisor he definitely should be! Thank you again Ryan and Hunt for the always consistently pleasant and genuine interactions."

"If I could leave zero stars I would. They claimed to have walked the premises upon move out and everything is fine then the next day we get a call saying they ripped up the carpet (in a room we didn’t even use) and there were pet stains when the carpet hadn’t been replaced since 2017. They then charged us for those stains and had no sympathy that the carpet was old, it wasn’t our mess to pay for, and it was a shady charge added on at the last second. They ended up taking all of BAH plus 500 dollars for move out and carpet payment which was outrageous because we only had lived there a week into the last month. All they want is their money."
