"I have lived here nearly 2 years now, the buildings are well maintained, it is quiet and calm with friendly staff who are helpful with anything I need. The Amazon Hub, gym and pool/jacuzzi are reliable and well-kept and the coffee/tea in the clubhouse is always a treat. The only problems I have had in the apartment have been addressed quickly and happily. The only complaint I have is that the gym is not 24-hours despite having a key FOB system on the clubhouse (this was a recent change since I have lived here)."
"I lived there over 5 years. When I moved out I got a letter saying I was to be refunded $2200 of my $2600 security deposit. No deposit ever returned. I now have to get an attorney in order to get my security deposit back even though they admit they owe me the money they just won’t pay or keep giving excuses why they can’t pay. The really frustrating part is that I had to pay another $3500 on top of the $2000 rent for the last month just to be able to move. If you are living there and reading this you may want to think twice before paying that fee. I did and now they have that money and my security deposit. Talk to an attorney first. I’m talking to one now. Update. So after this posted I got a check for my security deposit. I’m keeping the one star up. Good tenants who pay rent on time and then pay exuberant early release fees shouldn’t have to wait more than what the law requires for their refunds. Especially when the company is marketed as one of the top 100 fastest growing private companies in Washington. I can see how they are getting there."
"We have been here for a week now and just love it. Aside from the highway nearby, it's nice and quiet. Lots of parking on property. Trails closeby. We like the Clubhouse feature, which allows us (no matter what time) to pick up packages too big for the mailbox. Folks at the office are friendly, helpful, and communicative. Had a sink issue upon moving in but was speedily repaired early the next day by awesome maintenance staff."
"As a military member, I did not have the opportunity to visit the complex before moving across country. The staff, was incredibly helpful and even took my boxes and packages that were sent early into my new apartment for when I arrived. They have since been nothing but kind and generous. The location is especially beautiful with mountain top views and well cared for landscaping. There are plenty of walking paths and maintenance issues are a breeze.It is very quite and scenic. I have loved every minute of living in this space that I call home. Thank you."
"Here's a positive review for you. My daughter and son in law have a clean and neat two bedroom which has worked out very well for them. The abundance of trees and quality shrubbery make the place park-like. Especially welcome are the extensive paths and green belts for walking their dog. Things are in good repair, and kept in "like new" condition. Being on the hill-top has meant that the air is fresh and good and healthy. The amenities are first rate. It's a great place to live."
