"The building is clean, dog friendly, and in a great neighborhood, the apartment manager is super friendly and goes out of her way to do raffles and events, and the apartments are nice with good amenities."
"New management took over this last summer, and so far seems to be improving in some of the areas that were lacking from the previous management. It's a nice place, and the neighborhood is beautiful!"
"It takes forever to get anything fixed. Management is incredibly slow to respond to requests. We called and spoke with the management over the phone to on our move out date, which they said would be fine. But then we're given an email later asking about our move out date. They said the person we talked to over the phone no longer worked their and that they didn't know we already set our move out date. Now we are stuck paying for another month, because of how poor communication is in this apartment company."
