Golfside Apartments

"My son lived there for 1 year. The apartment wasn't even cleaned before he moved in. The railing on the deck was very loose with the bolt on one side pulling out of the wall. The dishwasher didn't work, the garbage disposal had rusted through and water came pouring out from under the sink. There was mold and mildew growing between the double sliding door. There were loose wires hanging down from the ceiling in the closet.There were mice. He had reported all of these thing to the manager and made several phone calls and still nothing was ever done. He eventually had to Garilla tape the pipe under the kitchen sink just so he could use it instead of washing dishes in the bathroom. It was just a horrible experience. The same day he moved, there were 3 other moving trucks there. Come to find out those apartments were also infested with mice. I am so grateful he moved. We cleaned that apartment better than it was when he moved in, yet he never received his deposit back. Paying $1150 to live like that is disgraceful. That place should be condemned."

"Beware - I lived at Golfside for 25 years plus and have moved out because of the current Management. I was charged cleaning fees (carpet) on a really old carpet. The garbage area is very unhealthy to enter and there are parties on weekends. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The homeless population like to hang around the parking lot."

"I had a broken sink. The maintenance guy came over right away. He was courteous and professional. I had a new faucet soon after. Fast quality service with no mess left behind. I couldn't ask for anything more. Thanks Golfside team, Ben"

"I have lived here for a year and management and maintenance do a great job! They do their best to keep up with the complex. I feel like most of the residents don't really care though. The trash area is a mess every weekend and the poor maintenance man has to clean it up. I just feel like the residents or the random people who go into the trash area don't have the decency to pick up after themselves. I think they need a new code to the trash area so those that no longer live in the complex have access. I'm happy with everything else though. They are responsive to questions and requests!"

"Their has been a lot of homless people hanging around the Apartments dump sight. With that said their has been a lot of theft, stragglers living in the trash area, and the parking area tooken over my men working on motorcycles. It's been very unsafe."
