Overton Park Apartments

"4:30 am. 5:30 am. 6:30 am. This is the times the garbage trucks come. Every. Morning. I have not slept well for months. It is a nightmare. It never ends. The garbage noise is ruining my life. It should be illegal for them to rent these apartments to people without warning them about the noise. I am a heavy sleeper. I have read other reviews that mentioned the noise and I thought "Ha! Silly Portlanders! A little bit of garbage noise never woke ME up!" No. It is extremely loud. Louder than I thought possible. It is like someone is yelling outside your window. It WILL wake you up. The other side of the apartments are probably fine. But if you are over the parking lot: Do not live here. Do not live here. Do not live here. Do not live here. Do not live here. Do not live here.
