"DO NOT MOVE HERE! I lived there for almost 5 years and was treated with disrespect and contempt through both owners times. The first managers weren’t so bad but the new management are BIG… sticklers on screwing renters over. I had to get 5 new dryers in my stay because they only get the exact same used refurbished ones each time. The latest one melted over $1000 worth of clothes which they wouldn’t help reimburse or lower my rent a cent for that month. They racially profiled my guests multiple times, questioning why there were there, not letting them in even though I buzzed them in. The space only has one renovation in 5 years which was the lobby, packages get stolen and they don’t care - the cameras throughout the apartment don’t operate and are only there to scare people. Two packages were stolen from my door step and neither could be revived because of this. The two managers at the site Kelli and Laurel are the Karen’s you run into at work that you despise seeing. They talk to you in a very condescending voice. 1/10 do not recommend moving here. GreyStar properties are inhumane disgusting business practice and they ensure their employees keep that same energy. Ugly all around."

"Great location! Easy access to the freeway and the max, 5-10 mins to get to downtown and also near the overlook area which is nice for going on a neighborhood walk! The management staff is nice, Laurel is awesome and has been great with helping get issues sorted out!"

"Recently moved from California on 11/11. So far from the beginning of just asking questions to receiving my keys to the apartment went so smooth!! Laurel was amazing to work with. I called so many time and she was always polite and kind never making me like a bother. She helped with as much as she could and explained everything in good detail! Very happy with Prescott Apts. Again thank you to Laurel for all your help! :)"

"So far so good! We just moved in last week and have been falling in love with the area. Finally unpacked and ready to show our friends and family this amazing neighborhood. Mat in the office has been excellent with communication since before the move, which was especially helpful since we were renting the unit sight unseen. The unit is perfect, with modern amenities and a great view out the office window. It’s Portland, and people have their views on how to interact with our neighbors experiencing homelessness, but the neighbors we’ve met, both living inside the building and outside, have been friendly and welcoming. The grounds are extremely well maintained, and the honeysuckle in bloom on the Prescott side has made walking our two high energy dogs much more pleasant. We’re in walking distance from Mississippi and Overlook Park, meaning the food and drink and experience options nearby are top tier. The adjacent yellow line stop and Biketown rack cut my commute to work from a 45 minute walk in half. And best of all, the windows open. We moved here from Texas where you used the windows to keep the heat out, so they mostly stayed sealed shut. Here they let the cool in, and I get to listen to the sounds of a bustling city. Love it here."

"Affordable rent and decent location. Office staff were fine but unknowledgeable- didn't know about the appointment, some comments during the tour that did not make sense for the area or the building. Some units have 'juliet' balconies for smokers, not actual balconies."
