"It's a decent place to live."
"Tenants do fentanyl in the buildings, steal your food out of the fridge. Help that is supposed to be available for you is not available and they dont know when it will become available. The business was unorganized from the very beginning but I was persistent because I needed the spot. Such a rip off but so indicative of the homeless/low income situation in Portland. If you can at all avoid it, go somewhere else."
