"Don't live here. The walls are so thin you can hear your neighbor sneezed. It's not safe for college kids. Ownership puts nothing into security. Don't leave your bike in the bike room and don't park anywhere near the building if you value your possession"

"Don't waste your time with these apartments. Booked a showing, had to be let into the apartment by a random resident as the intercom is broken (skretches at you) and no on answers the phone. No one in leasing area. Called again no one answers. After 20 minutes, I locate a leasing agent who does not acknowledge me and when I interrupt to see if she works there says she is "moving someone in" and can't help me even though I had a tour scheduled for 20 minutes ago....after continuing to be ignored and waiting 30 minutes I left. Interior is dirty and damaged. Neighborhood is sketchy at best. I'm sure the nightmare ensues if you end up renting here. Save yourself the hassle and keep looking."

"My partner and I have had the pleasure of calling Nomad our home for the past year and are sad to leave. Joy the property manager truly made this place feel like home for us. SYLO property management overall does the absolute best they can when it comes to up-keeping the property and making sure systems are working for the residents. Word to the wise for not having any issues here; pay your rent on time, be nice and look into the neighborhood and surrounding area before you move here. Any issues that my partner and i had we brought to Joy privately and she was able to find a solution no problem. So if you have a problem bring it up to the manager rather than waiting to bring it up on google reviews after you move out."
